MORE ABOUT OUR LEATHER
We select exceptional, full-grain, American leathers that have been vegetable tanned in the United States. Veg-tanning means the leather is cured with natural plant material rather than chromium and other toxic chemicals. In addition to being beautifully made, and extremely durable, leathers produced in this country pay workers a fair wage and follow environmental regulations protecting the environment, employees, and community. Leather will gain patina with use and has a lovely, earthy scent.

Processing Time
In-stock items ship 3-5 business days after receipt of your order.
Made-to-order and custom items ship 7-10 days after receipt of your order.
Items are mailed via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Shipping charges are calculated by weight at time of checkout.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. Returns are accepted for standard items, if returned in new, undamaged condition, with original packaging. If you need to make a return:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Because of the nature of custom and personalized items, I am unable to accept their return.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original, new condition, the buyer will not be refunded for the loss in value.
